Publishing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole publishing and editorial department to ensure high quality publications and smooth operation of publication process
- Lead the team on research and develop new projects
- Collaborate in publications and curriculum planning
- Be able to execute high communication and problem-solving skills, whilst having solid control of time and cost effective solutions
- Liaise with professionals from different education-related backgrounds
Requirements:
- Master Degree holder or above in Languages/ Translation/ Education or other related disciplines, with Certificate of Education is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ editorial experience
- Knowledgeable about curriculum and syllabus design
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an asset
Chinese / English / Mathematics Editor
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, organizing and implementing, and coordinate with external parties for editorial writing and editing.
- Work on editorial assignments based on directions and schedules set
- Maintain a high standard of work with good time management.
Requirements:
- Degree in respective subject major or relevant fields disciplines.
- Editorial experience in educational publishing OR teaching experience preferable.

Assistant Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to producing educational materials for the HK and Taiwan market.
- Coordinate with GZ branch office and other department.
- Manage production projects' schedule, administration of project etc.
- Supervise workflow and production pipeline to meet publication date
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to subordinate to ensure the excellent quality of work
Requirements:
- 7 years or above solid experience in publications design and production, preferable in educational field
- Proficient in graphics and display design using Apple Mac Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. preferable with 3D graphics rendering knowledge
- Execute a high level of quality, cost and time management, and communication skill
- Good in both English and Mandarin
- Candidate with less relevant experience may consider as Assistant Production Manager
Multimedia Programmer (Flash / Web)
Responsibilities:
- Create, program and launch website applications with Flash and other multimedia tools
- Develop Flash Courseware, Games and script-based animation from storyboard stage to final completion stage;
- Plan and develop web maps, web ideas
- Perform User Interface Design & Information Architecture.
- Work with Graphic designers or Animators of China office and perform final products checking & testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Web Multimedia Development related disciplines;
- At least 2 year relevant similar working experience is preferable;
- Solid coding experience in Flash Action script 2/3.0;
- Extensive knowledge in Cross-Browser and backend technology (Database) integrated with Flash using XML;
- Knowledge in ASP.NET, HTML, CSS a plus;
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly. fun, creative, energetic, and forward thinking;
- Work well under pressure and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Analyst Programmer / Web Developer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team members in system development projects
- System analysis, implement and maintain the web-based applications.
- Perform system testing/ debugging and prepare technical documentation
- Work on a wide range of projects and work closely with Multimedia Designers
Requirements:- University Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology related disciplines
- 2-4 years' working experience in web application development or e-learning platforms
- Hands on experience working in ASP.NET or Java, CSS, AJAX, MSSQL or Flash
- Passionate about e-Learning field. Experience in e-Learning field would be an advantage
- Good analytical skill and good interpersonal communications
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule to ensure smooth project execution and on-time project delivery
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as "Programmer (Web)"
Administrative & HR Officer
Responsibilities:- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions and Office Administration including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, and performance management etc.
- Manage the process of HR policy planning, implementation and communication to support business objectives
- Provide support on staffing & administration for PRC & Taiwan offices
- Supervise a team of subordinates and provide support to team members and to accomplish ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in administration & human resource management
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Knowledge of PRC Labor Law is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent organization skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked.

Requirements:
