• Master degree or equivalent in Translation, Linguistics or Education

• University graduate in Marketing or Business field
• At least 1 year's experience in Marketing or Sales
• Main duties are to liaise with customers and organize promotional activities

• Responsibilities:

  -	Lead a team of desktop designers for educational materials published for the HK and Taiwan market.
  -	Manage production projects' schedule, administration of project, and ensuring the fulfillment of cost, quality and time
  -	Supervise work flow and production pipeline to meet publication date
  -	Provide hands-on technical guidance to desktop designers to ensure the excellent quality of work

  
  
• Qualifications:
  

  -	4 years or above solid experience in project management, preferable in educational publishing industry
  -	Hands-on experience in Mac graphic softwares: PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  -	Execute a high level of quality and consistency, time management, and problem solving skills
  -	Must be pro-active, fast-learning, open-minded, visionary, and very importantly, communication skills.
  -	Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Chinese is strongly recommended.
  	Willing to commute between Mainland China and HK office for site management

• Graduate in Design or Art Institute
• At least 2 years' experience in desktop design for educational or magazine publishing
• Familiar with Mac tools such as PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, 3D software and Chinese Word Processing(­Ü¾e)

Production Controller

• At least 2 years' relevant experience in production follow-up
• Knowledge of films output & making, printing and binding processing
